Dynamometer GEOSTAR-111 is designed:
– to register surface dynamometer card of down-hole pumping unit operation;
– to control valves operation;
– to estimate well rate, pumping unit efficiency and torque data.

System allows to analyze the pump card and to recognize the pump failures and predict the possible faults.

Used by oil production, research and development (R&D) and well logging departments in the oil and gas production companies.

Registration unit BR-21M
Registration unit is designed for recording, processing and storing echo cards and dynamometer cards, for entering and storing parameters of a well, downhole equipment and setup the modes of operations. Controller has a graphical screen, keyboard and rechargeable battery power supply. It is completed with an insulated cover and a built-in heating system for the graphic screen, a spare set of batteries and a charger for them.

Connection type with sensors:Polished Rod Transducer is designed to measure the relative load on the polished rod of the pumping unit and position of the rod in time. It consists of strain gauge and accelerometer sensor. Transducer is clamped to the polished rod below the carrier bar. Relative load and position data allows to obtain the surface dynamometer card, a pump card and valves leakage test.

The software product EDWin is designed to process and analyze data from sensors (level, load, temperature, pressure, flow rate), prepare and print reports, export / import data.
Software EDWin
Software EDWin is designed for processing of dynamometer, echo level meter, pressure, power measurements received from GEOSTAR-111/112 device (echo/dynamometer system).

Software can perform the following operations:
1. Transfer registered data from GEOSTAR-111/112 device to computer.
2. Prepare echo/dynamometer/power cards (view/modify the parameters).
3. Print the large variety of reports such as graphic, table, complex, and statistic ones. The powerful report designer helps to create and modify reports.
4. Export to RTF (Office Word), XLS (Office Excel), JPG image, to the transport format (BND2, EDW), DYN-format and to the customer database (on demand).
